2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Lebanon Ohio Youth Soccer Association serves participants under the age of 18. We take the privacy of children very seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under age 13 without verifiable parental consent.

• All registration for players under 13 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

• Parents and guardians may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child's information by contacting us at the information below.

• Register and manage player enrollment in our programs

• Process payments for registration fees, uniforms, or other charges

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Play Metrics, We do not store your full credit card number or financial account information on our servers.

From time to time, LYSA photographs or records video of players at games, practices, and events for use in our website, social media, and promotional materials.

• By registering your child with LYSA, you grant us permission to use images in which your child may appear for organization purposes.

• If you do NOT consent to the use of your child's image, you must notify us in writing at the time of registration.

• We will never include a child's full name alongside their photo without express parental consent.

 

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: third parties who assist with payment processing, website hosting, or email communication, who are contractually obligated to protect your data

• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or governmental authority

• Safety: when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of a child or other individual

• League and governing bodies: as required for player registration with affiliated soccer leagues or Ohio governing bodies
